Terms of Use

Terms of Use

Last updated: 23 October 2026. These terms cover your use of photopixc.com and set out the general basis on which PhotoPixc quotes and delivers work. By using this site, you accept them.

1. Who we are

This website is run by PhotoPixc, a founder-led e-commerce design and paid-media studio based in Bangladesh, working with clients internationally. Contact: photopixc@gmail.com.

2. What this website is

This website describes PhotoPixc’s design and paid-media services. Nothing is bought or paid for on this site. Submitting the contact form or booking a call starts a conversation; it does not create a contract.

3. Prices and quotes

Prices on this site are starting prices in US dollars (“from” prices) for the scope described on the pricing page. Extra images, products, languages, marketplaces, or channels add to the price. Every project gets a fixed quote in writing before work starts, and the written proposal sets out the scope, price, timeline, number of revisions, and payment terms. If anything on this site differs from your written proposal, the proposal applies.

4. Payment

Unless your proposal says otherwise, design projects are paid 50% upfront and 50% on delivery, and monthly management is paid monthly in advance. We invoice in US dollars and accept card, Payoneer, and Wise.

5. Advertising spend and accounts

Management and setup fees do not include advertising spend. Ad spend is paid by you directly to the ad platform (for example Google, Meta, or Amazon) from your own ad accounts. Ad accounts, pixels, and data stay in your name; PhotoPixc works in them with the access you grant and you can remove that access at any time.

6. No guarantee of results

PhotoPixc does not guarantee rankings, sales, return on ad spend, cost per result, or any other outcome. Results depend on your product, offer, pricing, competition, stock, budget, and the ad platforms themselves. Examples and figures on this site describe specific past work or concept scenarios and are not a forecast for your business. What we commit to is the agreed work, delivered as described in your proposal.

7. Free audits and pilot offers

Free Loom audits are a short recorded review with no obligation to buy and nothing to pay. Pilot or discount offers are available only while they are shown on the site and are limited in number. The discount, and what we ask in return (for example a written testimonial and permission to publish a case study), are written into your proposal before any work starts.

8. Refund and Cancellation Policy

This section explains how cancellations and refunds work. If your written proposal sets different terms, the proposal applies. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer law that applies to you.

Design and website projects

This covers listing images, A+ Content, Brand Stores, ad creative, brand identity, print and packaging design, and Shopify or WooCommerce builds.

Before work starts: if you cancel before we begin work on your project (before the brief is approved), we refund your deposit in full.

After work starts: if you cancel after work has started but before the first drafts are delivered, we keep the part of the deposit that covers the work already done, based on the stages in your proposal, and refund the rest.

After drafts are delivered: once first drafts have been delivered, the deposit is not refundable. You keep the right to the revision rounds included in your proposal, and you only pay the final balance if you want the final files.

Revisions and quality: if delivered work does not match the brief you approved, tell us and we will fix it within the included revision rounds at no extra cost. If we cannot deliver what was agreed, we will refund the payment for the part of the work that was not delivered.

Final files: work that you have approved, or final files that have been delivered, cannot be refunded.

Google Ads deep audit ($249)

The audit fee is refunded in full if you cancel before the audit starts. Once the audit has started or has been delivered, it is not refundable. The fee is credited in full against setup or management if you hire us for that work, as set out on the pricing page.

Monthly management (PPC, Amazon Ads and similar retainers)

Management is billed monthly in advance. You can stop it at any time with one month’s written notice sent by email to photopixc@gmail.com. The notice period starts on the day we receive your email. We keep managing the account during the notice month, and the fee for that month is payable. After the notice month ends, no further invoices are sent. A month that has already started is not refunded, and there are no partial-month refunds. Any pause or change to the plan must be agreed in writing.

Advertising spend and third-party costs

Ad spend is not part of our fees. You pay it directly to the ad platform (for example Google, Meta or Amazon) from your own ad account, so PhotoPixc never holds or refunds ad spend; any billing question about ad spend is handled under that platform’s own terms. Third-party costs bought for your project with your approval, such as stock photos, fonts, themes, plugins, apps or printing, are not refundable once purchased.

How to cancel or request a refund

Email photopixc@gmail.com with your name, the project or invoice, and what you would like to cancel or have refunded. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds are paid within 10 business days, in US dollars, to the original payment method (card, Payoneer or Wise). We refund the amount we received; fees charged by your bank or payment provider are outside our control.

9. Platform policies

All work is done within the rules of the platforms involved, such as Amazon’s listing and image requirements and Google’s and Meta’s advertising policies. Platform approval of a listing, ad, or account is decided by the platform, not by PhotoPixc.

10. Case studies

Some case studies on this site are concept projects, labeled “Concept project”. They are illustrative studies of how a service works, using fictional brands or composite scenarios, and make no claim about results for any real business. Studies labeled “Real client work” describe real client accounts.

11. Trademarks

Amazon, Shopify, Google, Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Upwork, Fiverr, and other names on this site are trademarks of their respective owners. They are used only to describe the platforms we work on. PhotoPixc is an independent business and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any of these companies.

12. Intellectual property

All text, images, and designs on this site belong to PhotoPixc unless stated otherwise. Do not copy, reuse, or redistribute them without permission. Ownership of work made for clients is set out in the client’s proposal.

13. External links

This site links to third-party websites and profiles (for example Upwork, Fiverr, and Calendly). Those sites have their own terms; PhotoPixc is not responsible for their content.

14. Liability

This site and its general information are provided as-is. PhotoPixc is not liable for decisions made only on the basis of general information published here. Liability for client work is set out in the client’s proposal.

15. Privacy

How we handle personal information is explained in the Privacy Policy.

16. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version and its date always appear on this page.

17. Contact

Questions about these terms: email photopixc@gmail.com, message us on WhatsApp, or use the contact page.
