Ad creative made for testing, not for one launch

One ad cannot tell you what works. Paid Media Creative produces the creative your paid media needs — hooks, formats, and testing variations — so every launch teaches you something for the next one.

Creative production, not media buying. This service makes the ads. It does not manage campaigns, bids, or budgets.
If you need campaign management, see eCommerce PPC Management and PPC Management Services.

What you get

What you get from Paid Media Creative

Creative built to be compared — so results can be read, not guessed.

Creative strategy

  • One message per ad, matched to the audience and placement it will run in.

Hooks and angles

  • Multiple opening hooks per offer, so testing starts with variety instead of one guess.

Static and video formats

  • Image ads, carousels, and short video edits from your raw footage (video edits quoted separately), sized for each placement.

Testing variations

  • Structured variants — hook, headline, visual, CTA — so a result points to what actually changed.

Handoff

  • Final files sized for Meta and Google placements, with a naming and testing map.
How it works

How a Paid Media Creative project runs

01

01 — Brief

Your offer, audience, brand assets, and the placements the creative will run in. We agree the angles and hooks before production starts.

02

02 — Angles and hooks

Hooks and message angles drafted and agreed — variety first, so testing has something to compare.

03

03 — Produce

Static and video creative produced as one set, reviewed against the brief.

04

04 — Handoff and testing map

Final files plus a naming and testing map your media team can run with.

Who this is for — and who it isn’t

Who it is for

Paid Media Creative is for brands already spending on Meta or Google Ads — or about to — who have hit the creative bottleneck.

You have a product, you may even have a media buyer, but your account is running the same three ads it ran two months ago.

You also need raw material: product photos, existing footage, UGC clips, or at minimum a product we can plan around.

We work from the photos and footage you provide; shoots are not included.

Who it is not for

It’s not for brands looking for someone to manage their ad account — that’s our PPC Management service, and we’ll point you there.

And if you have no creative assets at all and no budget to create them, be upfront about it on the call so we can tell you what path makes sense.

What a testing month looks like

A typical month starts with angles, not designs.

AnglesVariationsLaunchWinners iterated

Angles — 3–4 hooks

We agree on 3–4 hooks — the specific claims or emotions each batch of creative will test (price, proof, demonstration, objection-handling).

Variations

Then we produce the variations: statics in multiple formats, short video cutdowns, and headline swaps, each named and organized in a testing map your media buyer can upload directly.

Launch — winners iterated, losers retired

After launch, winners get iterated and losers get retired — the next batch builds on what the data said, not on opinions.

Expect the first batch within two weeks of a signed brief.

Why creative is the leverage

Most ad accounts don’t have a targeting problem — they have a creative problem.

What competitors can copy

Audiences are broad, bidding is automated, and every competitor can copy your campaign structure in an afternoon.

What they cannot copy

What they can’t copy is a testing engine that produces new hooks every month.

Creative is the variable you control, and it’s where the performance difference lives.

That’s why this service exists separately from media buying: creative production deserves its own process, its own cadence, and its own accountability.

FAQ

Paid media creative questions, answered

Do you manage my ad campaigns?

No. Paid Media Creative produces creative only. Campaign setup, budgets, bids, and optimization are separate services — eCommerce PPC Management and PPC Management Services.

What do you need from me to start?

Your offer, audience, brand assets, and any raw photos or footage. We agree the angles and hooks before production starts.

How many variations should I test?

Enough to compare, not so many that no variant gets meaningful data. The testing map recommends a starting set based on your budget and placements.

How fast can we launch the first batch?

Usually within two weeks of the signed brief and receiving your assets. The bottleneck is almost always asset collection on the client side — the faster you share photos, footage, and brand guidelines, the faster we ship.

Do you write the ad copy too?

Yes — headlines, hooks, and primary text are part of every creative batch. We write copy designed to be tested (multiple angles per visual), not a single “perfect” headline. Your media buyer can adapt it, but they won’t have to start from a blank page.

Can you work with our in-house media buyer?

That’s the most common setup. We deliver organized, named creative batches with a testing map, and your buyer handles audiences, budgets, and bidding. We can also join a monthly call to review what’s winning and plan the next batch.

How do you name and organize the variations?

Every file follows a naming system: angle_hook_format_version (for example, “price-proof_ugc_9x16_v2”). The testing map lists each asset, what it’s testing, and where it goes. No more “final_FINAL_v3.jpg” chaos in your ad account.
